Lunar Exalted know how to disrupt their opponents' calm and unbalance their foes' stances. Any attack supplemented by this Charm inflicts twice the normal onslaught penalty. Attacks supplemented by Agitation of the Swarm that successfully hit a target and inflict damage also cause great distraction: For each damaging blow supplemented by this attack, one point of onslaught penalty becomes a general Defense Value penalty until the target's Defense Value refreshes.
