Like a terrible war machine, the Solar walks through the field of his enemy's blades and is unmoved. This Charm negates penalties to the Exalt's Melee-derived Parry DV until his next action. This includes penalties invoked by his own attacks. Note that the effects of inapplicability are not a "penalty" on DV.
