As the premiere artisans of the Chosen, the Solars can achieve in a mortal lifetime what lesser Exalted require centuries to understand. Purchase of this Charm reduces by one dot each the minimum Craft, Lore, Medicine and Occult requirements to build or repair artifacts—to a minimum requirement of one dot for any Ability normally required for the task. Therefore, a four-dot artifact (normally requiring Lore, Occult and Craft at 6 to build and at 5 to repair) would require those Abilities only at 5 to build or 4 to repair. Purchasing this Charm also reduces by three the total number of dots the character must allocate among Craft, Lore and Occult to design manses. Characters may purchase this Charm up to two times.

This Charm may be purchased a second time at Essence 5+. When the character's traits are high enough to build five-dot artifacts without this assistance of this Charm, all purchases are refunded as experience.

Inspired by the alien and genocidal genius of the Neverborn, the most depraved Abyssal engineers invent weapons that would take lesser Exalted centuries to conceive. Once a deathknight purchases this Charm, the Craft, Lore, Medicine and Occult minimums required to design, build and repair destructive artifacts decrease by one (to a minimum of 1). The Exalt receives the same benefits toward creating Abyssal manses. For the purposes of this Charm, a destructive artifact must meet the same criteria as a destructive item defined by Frenzied Forge Within. An Abyssal may buy this Charm no more than twice.
