The Lunar imbues his blade or blow with such uncontestable strength that the blow or blade becomes incredibly hard to shift from its intended path. Halve the target's Parry Defense Value (round down) before applying it to the character's attack successes in Step 5 of attack resolution; players are aware that parrying becomes a less favorable option with this Charm and may choose to use their characters' Dodge Defense Values instead.
