As anyone can see, it is in the nature of flames to rise. With this Charm, a Dragon-Blood propels himself away from the ground with a burst of fiery energy. The Dragon-Blood instantly rises from a prone position or adds two dots to his Athletics rating for the purposes of calculating jumping distance.

This is a reflexive Charm that can be used freely without the need for a Combo. It can be activated on any tick. (But only on a tick when the character acts and only once per tick. It may not be used on the ticks between actions.)

Latest Errata: Using the Charm as a Leader effect also adds the Action-Only Keyword.
