This Charm is the reverse of Herd Reinforcement Stance. Instead of instantly creating an Intimacy for the target's native or current culture, the Lunar creates an Intimacy against either of those societies. Assuming the Intimacy remains undisturbed, the target becomes a steadfast antagonist to the relevant culture, rationalizing the hate any way he likes.
