When the Lunars cannot surpass their foes, at least they can fake it. Whether the Moonchild fights with a grand goremaul or tooth and claw, he seems to move with impossible grace to block or evade any possible attack. Butterfly Eyes Defense does not actually do a thing for the character's Defense Values; the Charm merely makes a foe believe she faces a perfect defense, unless her player succeeds at a reflexive (Perception + Awareness) roll at a difficulty of (Lunar's Manipulation). The target may also spend a Willpower to ignore this unnatural mental influence.
