A hawk can dive through a cloud of thrushes and kill only one. Borrowing that perspective, the Lunar uses this Charm to ignore all external penalties based upon Drill or Magnitude for specifically targeting a commander or special character within an enemy unit. In addition, if the Lunar is a solo unit, he does not need to rely on ranged attacks; he can wade into the enemy unit to attack a special character directly, if he desires.
