This Charm supplements a Join Battle roll, adding three bonus dice to the Join Battle rolls of herself and her crew. Bonus dice from this Charm do not count as dice added by a Charm. Rail-Storming Fervor is expressly allowed to be combined with Join Battle-enhancing Charms of other abilities.
