If the flare inflicts any levels of damage against a being with a Willpower pool, it also consumes one Willpower. Victims who lose their last point of Willpower this way instantly form an intimacy of terrified awe toward the Infernal that can't be destroyed or even weakened until the victim has not directly perceived the Exalt for one full day.
