This Charm removes the range limit of its prerequisite, allowing Green Sun Nimbus Flare to augment physical attacks with bows and other distance weapons past point-blank range. Weapons not intended for use on a personal scale, such as Essence artillery, aren't compatible with Kissed By Hellish Noon by default, but Infernals with Essence 4+ may purchase the Charm a second time to enable this.
