Target: Caster, or nearby Terrestrial or Celestial Circle sorcery spell, or nearby Shadowlands, Labyrinth or Void Circle necromancy spell
This spell functions just like Iron Countermagic, except that it can affect all necromancy. Obsidian Countermagic also dispels sorcery of the Terrestrial or Celestial Circles.
